Breakfast options are plentiful here. 👍 the rooms are spacious, come with good facilities, and there's even a bar available.

Good location and helpful staff yet hotel is in need of a major renovation. We found J & J Hotel not appealing and being that we were on honeymoon not a good romantic option also a poor value for money.

The hotel was the cutest charming little hotel very close to the centre of Florence and located a block away from one of the most happening squares with lots of bars and the best restaurant to eat - CIBERO..They had free wine and snacks in the evening and the guests at the hotel were very friendly.. Totally recommend it for a relaxed holiday..

They had no internet access and the lighting in the rooms was fairly dim for my liking.. But the central courtyard in the hotel is the best place to relax..

well priced hotel in a magnificent location to the major landmarks, the services were outstanding. my big and huge room came with bedroom, a bath plus tall windows. i was offered an outstanding breakfast with scrambled eggs, yogurt plus pastries. liked this venue, had really lovely experience.

The location is great, just a short walk from a famous Gothic monument and close to various attractions in the city center.

I am ok with this hotel, staff is better than other Italy hotel. However, location is bit far and very difficult to find. Room is clean but facility is old. Breakfast is just ok. I will try to find another near the old town next time

the bathtub in our junior suite was for show it did not work the hotel rugs look like they need a good cleaning for the price we paid per night

This place is situated in a quiet plaza with three nearby street options, making it easy to explore. the staff is top-notch, always ready to assist you with anything you need. 🌟 Plus, there is convenient parking available nearby for your car.

We stayed in a suite which was extremely charming: two floors, private terrasse on the roof, big corner for our baby to move around... The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. We got good restaurants recommendations. The j&j was apparently renewed recently and one can only say that this is a real success. A boutique hotel to recommend to any kind of travellers.

Hotel J & J was distinctive, stylish, comfortable and welcoming. We would need to go back to fully appreciate that all the rooms are unique and would readily do so. Courteous and efficient staff coupled with good food and surroundings added to our very favourable opinion of Florence,

The room was high quality and beautifully decorated with a private balcony and a sitting area. the decor and bed were exceptionally comfortable. - the hotel's location was incredible and perfect, near Firenze by train and all main attractions.

Has the potential to be a great find.. Converted convent provides interesting setup and spaces but somehow they do not pull it off..its a shame should be great

Its quite a hike up lots of stairs to some of the rooms..be in shape if you book here..

The location and the hotel room were great. The room was lovely. It was the perfect end to our honeymoon.
